O Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Rondônia - IFRO - Campus Colorado do Oeste, em parceria com o Conselho Municipal de Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente – CMDCA de Colorado do Oeste, Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social, da Família e do Trabalho - SEMDESFAT, Prefeitura e Câmara Municipal de Colorado do Oeste realizaram de 31 de maio a 03 de junho de 2022, no plenário da Câmara Municipal, o ciclo de Palestras "Colorado Emprega 2022".
“Programações como essa são importantes para a inserção dos jovens no mercado de trabalho, uma vez que muitos jovens desconhecem as oportunidades que são ofertadas e como participar de processos seletivos voltados especificamente para este público”. Afirmou Marcia Tesser.
No evento “Colorado Emprega 2022” foram realizadas palestras sobre Empreendedorismo, ministrado pela professora do IFRO - Campus Colorado do Oeste, Jéssica Weschenfelder Alexandre e sobre o Programa Jovem Aprendiz, Estágios, Elaboração de Currículo e Entrevista de Emprego ministradas pela servidora do IFRO Campus Colorado do Oeste, Marcia Cristina Tesser. Os participantes elaboraram um currículo por meio de aplicativo de celular.
Alunos e docentes das escolas Manuel Bandeira e Paulo de Assis Ribeiro, membros da Polícia militar Mirim, acompanhados do 2º Sargento Nilton Anderson Melo Santos, Secretários, Servidores Municipais e Vereadores prestigiaram o evento. A secretária da Associação Comercial e Industrial - ACIC Colorado do Oeste, Bruna Lopes Cavalcanti apresentou aos participantes o site da ACIC e como os candidatados podem se inscrever para as vagas disponibilizadas pelas empresas associadas. As 4 noites tiveram recorde de inscritos e participantes, sendo necessário o acréscimo de cadeiras no auditório da Câmara Municipal de Colorado do Oeste que tem capacidade para 96 pessoas sentadas.
