O Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Rondônia - IFRO - Campus Colorado do Oeste, em parceria com o Conselho Municipal de Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente - CMDCA realizou de 26 a 29 de abril de 2022 no plenário da Câmara Municipal de Cerejeiras, ciclo de palestras alusivo à Semana Municipal do Primeiro Emprego.
A Semana Municipal do Primeiro emprego foi criada em Cerejeiras por meio da Lei nº 2984/2020, de autoria do vereador Valdecir Sapata Jordão (PSB-RO) e tem como objetivo "promover palestras, cursos e orientações aos jovens sobre o primeiro emprego, carteira de trabalho, noções de empreendedorismo, testes vocacionais, entrevistas de emprego e elaboração de currículo"
O evento foi um o importante para a inserção dos jovens cerejeirenses no mercado de trabalho, uma vez que muitos jovens desconhecem as oportunidades que são ofertadas e como participar de processos seletivos como potencial candidato (a).
Para a presidente do CMDCA de Cerejeiras e Coordenadora de Integração Escola, Empresa e Comunidade do IFRO Campus Colorado do Oeste, Marcia Cristina Tesser, que foi organizadora e palestrante do evento, o resultado foi muito positivo.
"Foram 4 noites de aprendizado e troca de experiências, O IFRO certificou 40 participantes ao término do evento e três (3) jovens que atendem perfil de empresas que estão com vagas disponíveis foram encaminhados para entrevistas de trabalho, isso já é um excelente começo". Finalizou Márcia.
O evento contou ainda com palestra sobre empreendedorismo, ministrada pela professora do IFRO - Campus Colorado do Oeste Jéssica Weschenfelder Alexandre, dinâmicas de grupo, interação, palestras sobre Programa Jovem Aprendiz, Estágios e elaboração de currículo e entrevista de emprego ministradas pela Marcia Tesser. Os participantes elaboraram ainda um currículo por meio de aplicativo de celular.
Colaboraram na organização do evento os membros do CMDCA Edivane Machado, Valéria Freitas e Vanessa Freitas, a servidora municipal Paloma Cristiane, o acadêmico de agronomia e servidor da Câmara Municipal Bruno Carlos e o chefe de departamento de extensão do IFRO, Willian Mota.
