Nascido no município de Vilhena em 06/02/1980, quando sua mãe residia em Cerejeiras, Marcos Paixão da Rocha, 42 anos, que atualmente reside em Contagem, estado de Minas Gerais, sonha em conhecer seu pai biológico que provavelmente ainda resida em Cerejeiras ou região.
Em contato com a redação do portal eletrônico Gazeta Rondônia, Marcos relatou que sua mãe, Rita Paixão da Rocha era noiva de seu pai Geraldo Estevão de Lima, quando engravidou em 1979, na ocasião Geraldo Estevão era caminhoneiro, tinha um caminhão boiadeiro e viajava bastante. Após desentendimento, Rita grávida de 6 meses, foi morar em Vilhena onde tinha familiares e conheceu um novo companheiro, que já tinha um casal de filhos e acabou assumindo Marcos como pai após seu nascimento.
Em 1988 Rita e família foi residir em Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, onde faleceu em 2007, já seu esposo Ismael Marcelino da Rocha (padrasto de Marcos) faleceu em 2017. Marcos revela ainda que aproximadamente 7 anos atrás foi procurado por seu pai Geraldo Estevão de Lima e manteve contato com ele por meio do Facebook, mas infelizmente acabou perdendo o contato, ele tem uma enteada filha de sua esposa que se chama Silmara.
