Uma jovem de 18 anos foi apreendida na noite de segunda-feira (10), por ser suspeita de integrar um grupo extermínio que executou mais de 20 pessoas e gravou mortes no Paraná. A Polícia Civil (PC-PR) acredita que ela era responsável por arquivar o armamento da organização criminosa.
Ela estava foragida há um mês e foi encontrada em uma faculdade particular de Ponta Grossa, na região dos Campos Gerais do Paraná. A polícia não divulgou o nome da instituição de ensino.
De acordo com o delegado Fernando Henrique Ribeiro Vieira, a jovem foi submetida a medida socioeducativa de internação mesmo estando com 18 anos, pois o possível crime praticado por ela foi cometido enquanto ela era menor de idade.

“A medida socioeducativa de internação poderá ser aplicada excepcionalmente ao maior de 18 anos até os 21 anos de idade que praticou ato infracional quando ainda era inimputável, como ocorreu neste caso”, explicou o delegado.
A jovem não teve o nome divulgado. Ela foi encaminhada ao Centro de Socioeducação Regional de Ponta Grossa (Cense) e permanece à disposição da Justiça.
Ao G1, o advogado de defesa dela disse que processo está sob sigilo e que vai se manifestar nos autos.
